To assist the Head of SHE in implementation of Co.’s SHE agenda to ensure zero harm to man, machine and environment.
Implementation of Co.’s Health & Safety Plans to reduce Injuries, Fires, Equipment Damages and minimize workplace hazards & risks.
Ensure compliance of S,H & E Policies, Standards and applicable Laws at the workplace.
Plan & Implement Preventive Care SHE Programs e.g. Compliance and Performance Monitoring of SHE Mgmt Systems, Facilities & Process Audits, Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification and Control, Staff’s Trainings & Awareness, Effective Incident Management/Controls, Behavior Based Safety Plans, Health & Safety Management Systems, Emergency Response and drive continuous improvement.
